Meet Your Therapist
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping children, families, and couples build confidence, manage anxiety, and strengthen relationships through experiential, creative, and holistic approaches. I work with children of all ages, couples, and families using engaging, experiential modalities such as play therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based practices. These tools create a safe, collaborative space where emotional expression, healing, and growth can happen.
I believe true wellness is whole wellness—mind, body, movement, sleep, and serenity. I use a blend of evidence-based therapies, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to help you develop healthy coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with yourself and those around you.
Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported in our work together. My style is warm, engaging, and collaborative with a little humor as well—I meet you where you are, and we move forward together. Children feel comfortable and confident in sessions and are able to express themselves through multiple ways such as art, music, play and sand tray.
Whether you're seeking support for you and or your child, working on your relationship, or ready to find more peace in your own life, Embody Mental Wellness is a space where you can feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Are you in search of a supportive presence—someone who will encourage your growth and gently challenge you as needed? Whether you're looking to reconnect with your partner, support your child through emotional or behavioral challenges, or strengthen your family relationships, I’m here to help. Maybe you're navigating the heavy weight of grief or one of the many other transitions life can throw at us. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we need a safe space and skilled support to move through the pain and uncertainty toward healing and wholeness.
Change can feel scary and seem hard—but it’s also possible. You don’t have to face it alone. My wit, humor, and empathetic approach help ease concerns as we uncover your inner resilience and figure out what you need to thrive.
